In committing to such relationships, we are not myopic and not wedded to any one specific retention model as each client is different. Under certain circumstances, a client may determine that it needs the benefits of an in-house counsel while avoiding the traditional billing, cost and overhead of law firms and legal departments. We can provide value based general counsel services so that such client may procure the advantages of having an experienced in-house counsel as part of its management team working with such client on retainer. In any event, Paladin Advisers will jointly and creatively develop a model that optimizes efficiencies and accomplishes client objectives on a case by case basis.
